The Central Provincial Environmental Supervision Pattern Has Been Formed

Chen said the central environmental supervision is a major initiative to strengthen the construction of ecological civilization, but also an important institutional arrangements. This year there are two batches of supervision, the relevant work is being prepared.

From the 16 provinces have been monitoring the situation, the effect is very obvious. One is to strengthen the local government's environmental responsibility, strengthen supervision by the local implementation of the construction of ecological civilization concept and the concept of green development; two is the push to solve a large number of environmental problems; three is to promote the establishment of long-term mechanism of environmental protection.

Driven by the central inspection effect, the country's 21 provinces issued a document on the division of environmental protection responsibilities. 24 provinces issued a provincial environmental protection inspection program. 24 provinces introduced the party and government leading cadres of the implementation of ecological environmental damage liability rules, the rest of the province is also in the formulation and comments. The introduction of these documents, the local governments at all levels of responsibility for environmental protection, the central and provincial level two environmental supervision of the great pattern has been formed.
