Cake rack a knife rack including a back plate, on Cake rack of the front face of which is positioned a plurality of laterally spaced apart ribs to form a plurality of vertically disposed channels for Cake rack of the storage of a plurality of knives. a horizontal retainer bar is mounted across Cake rack of the outer face of Cake rack of the vertical ribs in a position adjacent Cake rack of the upper end of Cake rack of the ribs, so as to retain stored knives in Cake rack of the said channels.
